It not only reminds me of last offseasons debacle, it reminds me of Clarks comments BEFORE hiring Pioli, only to not follow through with any of it.
I think if everyone was being honest, they'd admit to being a bit queasy.

"My desire is for the Kansas City Chiefs to draft and develop a franchise QB."

A few weeks later, he spends a R2 pick and $60M on Matt Cassel.

We don't have any confirmation that he's in Atlanta or even that he's interviewing Koetter.

I don't think Pioli's voice has been removed. Doesn't make sense to not fire him, say you are hiring a coach that has to mesh with the GM, and if they don't Pioli gets fired and then you go hunting for a GM after all the candidates have landed in their new location.
That doesn't bother me. Reid and Cowher both have enough connections to get someone they can work with.

My gripe is that NONE of the guys were are supposedly gonna interview fit Clarks supposed criteria.

I have concerns that Clark is giving us lip service to cool down the fanbase while trying to find an acceptable way to keep the fraud.

I really hope I'm wrong.

I am being honest - I just don't care. And the longer this goes on, the less I care.

By tomorrow, I will be fine with Herm. And by Friday, I will good with Rich Kotite, even if he's dead.

I prefer to wait until the HC is hired before I decide if I wanna freak out.

I think Clark has taken full control and he has stripped Pioli of power.

So you'd rather believe that all these reports are the mastermind plan of Scott Pioli, when any media member can call ATL and confirm that the Chiefs asked for, and were granted permission?
