If by chance they don't draft one of the top two QBs with the first pick and we don't have a stud QBotf from the draft this year I may as well mail in all my Chiefs gear to Clark Hunt and send a message that I'm done supporting them until they get it right.

I want a QB that fits Reid's and Dorsey's vision of a franchise QB. I want an aggressive defense. I want top notch special teams play. I want a team that hates losing.

Yeah, I'm not going to expect them to win a superbowl next year with a rookie, but this is important. Always hate watching read and react defenses.

Draft a QB who can start either immediately, or by mid-season
Acquire a backup in FA
draft a late round QB flier
implement the offensive and defensive schemes ASAP in OTAs etc
Dump Cassel
Dump Quinn
Dump Stanzi
Get Baldwin's ass in gear, or get him hittin' the bricks. and let him know this.

Just 3 major things.

1) A Chiefs drafted QB behind center, even if it is Stanzi. I would prefer one from this draft, but I don't want to see a recycled failure from another team, period, or I am done for a while. Enough is enough, stop it dammit!

2) Coaching that is capable of getting the most out of these guys. I suspect this is a done deal, with the Andy Reid and staff hire, but I still want to see it. There was plenty of talent on this team to be above average, but the coaching was so bad, they are picking number one. Six pro bowlers, and picking first, that is very telling.

3) Cassel and Quinn gone from the roster, so all doubt and temptation is removed.

Success would be me not having to turn a game off early in the 4th quarter. I can look past the record in the regime's first year, but it can't be too bad if they're competitive game in and game out.
