Honey.
Hot peppers.

Lots of water or tea. Avoid sugary drinks and sodas, especially energy drinks.

If that fails, I'd stick with Skittles and Jägerbombs.

Noted. Thankfully I opted out of the energy drink because I felt like it would make me vomit.
