New being a relative word here. Jjs has been in a construction zone for years. That road has been down to one lane the whole time. It was a bad situation for them.

Yea, that project was a mess and it made the area a mess.

Kansas City is a really big small town. I have an awful sinking feeling about this thing.

That original smoke from the explosion looked like a petroleum fire, not natural gas. Who knows...bad deal.
