Haven't we watched the Hulk get hit by tank ammunition and walk away? That is bigger than any weapon we saw the terminator walk around with, so what is he going to hurt the hulk with? Old TV show hulk, I'm not to sure about, but new movie hulk (and probably the comic book version) rips off Arnolds arms and beats him till he is nearly unrecognizable, then throws him over the horizon for good measure.
