Sunday, Game 1. Prior to that was April 10th when he went 3 innings.

I actually looked that up during the Boston situation.

There have been a few triple-headers played in the ancient days of baseball (before 1920), but they are now banned in the CBA.

The closest we can ever get to a triple-header is if a suspended game (not to be confused with a postponed game, suspended games are tied after 5 innings) was resumed before a double-header, and even then thats only allowed if there's literally no other option.

That'd be a real interesting sight. By the third game they'd all just be thinking "**** this", wanting to just get home.

And they were both on the same day!

They still haven't announced a makeup date. All we know for sure is we won't play a double-header today or tomorrow.

Looks like light rain/snow mix through late afternoon and precip should taper of toward first pitch. Wind chill will be in the upper 30s.

Ouch. As you may have guessed I'm not one for wind chill, I always feel for athletes that have to play in the cold.

We also have to hope the field drains well enough that its playable by game time.
