6-10 with Alex Smith at the helm

If everything goes perfect, 10 wins.
But more likely 8-8. Posted via Mobile Device |
I believe we can win 10 games this year just by limiting turnovers and better coaching, plus the defense can be a special unit with the new scheme
|
I voted for 10 wins. Better coaching, better QB. At least I can hope can't I?
|
Unlike a lot of posters on here, I think this team had a lot of talent except at the most important position, and didn't lose too much ground to the field the last four days.
It had the worst coaching staff probably ever assembled, with the worst possible QBs behind center. 10-6 with a first round wild card loss. woot woot The more things change, the more they remain the same. |
With a decent organizational culture, front office, coaching staff, and a top half/top third QB, this is probably an 8-8 team the first year.
|
I'm thinking 8 - 8 or 0-16
We play the Jags week 1. If we can't win that then cancel the team flight back to KC. Forfeit the remainder of the games. Fire Dorsey/Reid with cause for purposefully Hue Jacksoning us by going all in on a marginal NFL starter. |
This is a 4 win team.

Free Agency isn't over

I vote for 9-7, we got a little lucky on the home/road games and have a good stretch in the middle of the season to build confidence. I'm not sure that 9-7 makes the playoffs, but we could sneak in an extra win at the end to creep in.

Yep 9-7 MAYBE 10-6 Oakland will be 0-16 so there's 2 wins alone |
My guess is if the coaches play to the teams strengths, we are looking at a 9-7 or 10-6 season.
|
I'll go with 8-8
|
Well, let's see... one receiver and no QB should get you about 5 wins but I'll toss in another 2 wins for actually having a coaching staff this year. 7-9.
