Mike McCoy. He was the o coordinator with the Broncos, and largely gets credit for changing the system mid season to make Tebow useable.

I picked him up on waivers in fantasy last year, and he won me a couple of games.

Loved the kid at Mizzou. Too bad his knees just aren't built for the NFL.
