That Sunday I'll be tailgate grillin in the backyard and the only other Chief fans in the Portland, OR area, my two boys, will be joining in the festivities. It will start prior with three full days of playing PS4 and Madden beating the Broncos into submission while in a drunken state, working our way up to game time when it all comes to fruition.

Yeah, that's brutal. I really enjoy the early game times on the West Coast because there still time to enjoy the day after the game is over.

I will be getting drunk at the F1 race and then maintaining and increasing my drunkenness into the night and game.

I loved living in San Diego,the early games started at 10a.m. and i was usually drunk by noon or so but had plenty of time to sleep it off and get ready for work on Monday.

We have 3 kids and will be at my brother's house. That shit isn't happening. LMAO

I took Monday off.

I emailed my wife when the flex was announced, just so she'd understand the importance. I even put another entry in Google calendar, even though it's there automatically.

Going to a St. Louis chiefs bar. Webers front row grill. Two weeks ago there were 30-40 chiefs fans there. Tailgating around 2-3, smoking up some pork for pulled pork sandwiches while another guy does smoked wings. Anyone nearby should feel very welcome to join.

I'm sure I'll get to so that someday. Maybe when I'm 60.

I'm on the east coast in NY so I'll be watching this at home with my family til they all hit the sack.
And to most of my friends and relatives here its a big game but not that big since many of them are JET/Bills or Giants fans.
They'll barely make a comment if the Chiefs win..all yr I've already heard the you guys got lucky strength of schedule etc..admitting their a good team just Not Great.
But if they LOSE my text will be lighting up and the comments will be rocketing my way.

I'm sure I'll prepare some good food and have a couple of cold ones.
I do have a couple of friends who are pulling for the Chiefs I'm sure there will be some fun hopefully happy texts.
And of course it wouldnt be right not signing on to CP to see the reactions..

The Bad part for myself is my alarm will be going off 4 A.M & its possible the game could go till 11:30+

I'm probably spoiled because I never had kids but my mrs knows better and has known better since we first met.

Gonna be in Seattle. I really need to find a spot that has good drinks, food, and a giant screen to watch it.
