Yeah, it was a reasonable conclusion to come to, considering how he went down and then couldn't put any weight at all on it.

It looked very bad.

I recall one of the announcer's saying "Oh, that looks like an Achilles".

Good to hear for Houston. That looked painful.

This is best case scenario. I thought Houston looked wiped out tired the last 2 weeks so hopefully he can recharge his batteries too.

Sucks for Sunday, but I expect some blitzes to mix things up.

What horrible luck. Healthy all year and when we need it most our D is banged up...

Ive been expecting blitzes since the game after the Raider game. Our pass rush absolutely vanished after that game. We hung 10 sacks on a mobile guy in Terrelle Pryor, forced a mind bending 3rd and 48 (a distance the ****ing punt didn't even cover), and then poof. Nothing.

Against Case Keenum, we did nothing until right at the very end, where a couple sacks sealed the game.

We've been playing some really conservative schemes since then. I think it was calculated that we blitzed Manning only 6 times in Denver.

Hopefully Sutton has an actual gameplan to disrupt Manning this time, because just sending the linemen and trying to cover isn't going to get it done.

Better then the worst at least he will be back at some point this season

It's going to get us killed...

I think Sutton is worried about the secondary getting torched. But they're getting torched either way so why not go down swinging?

Sutton's saving our best stuff for the playoffs so we can turn that into a trap game for the Broncos! Brilliant!

I immediately thought of Kimble Anders.

KC_Connection 11-27-2013 08:21 PM

Just have to have him ready for the WC playoff game.

Hog's Gone Fishin 11-27-2013 08:33 PM

Yeah. We still have 5 more games for Charles to get injured. Then we will be ****ed !

If we lose this one, they should let Houston rest until he is at full strength. Even if that means missing 4-5 games.
