[QUOTE=Buehler445;10411147]Now that the big one is over, I know there is some crow to be eaten here. I can't think of anyone that made any postulation at all that doesn't have some crow to eat.
I'll start.
Moving away from the Chiefs
I actually predicted all of these things right. So no crow for me. |
I thought we would improve on 2-14 by going 3-13. I. WAS WRONG.
|
I thought Peyton Manning would not stay healthy all season.
I thought Oakland would be close th 500 |

I don't throw a lot of opinions out, but I'll acknowledge when they're wrong. It's fun for me to think about where my opinions lied at the beginning of the year. |

Chiefs;
It was a lot more fun to watch wins and occasional great play, a lot more fun! I really enjoyed it, just like I always have. I predicted 10-6 and a first round playoff loss once the same pattern was followed that has born this kind of results in the past. Simple logic really. Just change the names on the jerseys, it is the same as it has been since Todd Blackledge failed. Nothing else really matters, it's the same formula bearing the same fruit. Drafting 23rd it will be easy to sell not drafting a QB this year, no sweat on that. Last year got their heart rate up a little, justifying it. Oh that's right, they all sucked! I remember now. Don't dare risk failing at mediocrity in the pursuit of greatness/HemiEd 2013 |
I seriously thought the Chargers were going to be really bad.... like, 2-14. I'll gladly eat crow on that.
I thought the Donks would roll through the division with extreme ease.... turns out the Chargers and Chiefs made them work for it. I also thought RG3 would be better than Wilson or Luck. Turns out he's a diva who also was completely ruined by Shanarat. |
