He is absolutely gonna **** us up. He's one of if not the best back in the league. It's going to be containment, and a bend but don't break defense. I'd bet the farm we'll give up a rushing TD for the first time this Sunday. If we don't, this team has Royals mojo working for them.

Gonna need to get a lot of backfield penetration from the guys up front. If you let Lynch get to full speed, that's when he has his highlight reel runs.

I think we have to find a way to contain Lynch and Wilson from running. If we can do that we can win the game, but that's gonna be harder said than done.

If there is a front 7 I want against lynch it's ours.

Bailey/Poe/Tamba/Houston all monsters. Berry and mays should also help.

Our linebackers are drag down tacklers. Lynch might have 150yrds before the games over with.

Russell Wilson is going to run around all day too......we need arrowhead to be loud.

You haven't been watching this team then. Our front 7 is awful against the run.

We're bad against the run statistically, but look at the qbs we've been playing. We've been in the Nickel 80% of the time. We don't have the linebackers to do that yet.

Just saw the Vegas line. Chiefs are favored -1. First time this season that Seattle will play as the underdog.
