cutler is a dunce and has no interest whatsoever in becoming a better qb.

No risk, no reward

They both manage to hurt their teams in their own respective ways. Cutler just makes it a point to look like he doesn't give a **** that he's hurting his team.

The Bears literally have the worst defense in football.

I'm sure Alex would win more games in Chicago.

I didn't laugh. I laughed when all the guys on here said Cutler was worth that kind of money and didn't flinch. I knew Chicago was crazy to put that kind of contract together for that bone head.

IQ > arm strength.

Cutler is 44-39 as Chicago's starter.

You'd think he was a loser.

Not sure if you're trying to slam him or what, but you're actually dead on the money... they would.

So is Pablo, Smith hovers right around the mean... Smitty did give me just a tiny sliver of hope last week though. I believe it was zilla that said that the only time Smith really tries to push it downfield is when he feels his back is to the wall or in big game situations.

If Reid could only get him past that mental block he seems to have, dude would be decent enough on most occasions... but its going to take a lot more than a few deep attempts and completions against the worst team in the league to get me back on the wagon.

Given Alex's history in 24+ games...no, they wouldn't.

Cutler is basically having a Trent Green type of career in Chicago...couple winning seasons (3 in fact), couple years around .500, one really bad year.

No OL and no defense but it's all his fault!

Bullshit dude, dont let your Smith hate get in the way of common sense.

Reasonably steady production most of the time > boom or bust big arm antics that continually **** his teams defense and morale.

ed* no O line for Cutler? baloney... they revamped it completely and all I read in the offseason was how happy they were to finally have given him a good one.

Yeah, they gave him a pretty ludicrous deal. Are we really the franchise to be casting insults about over-paying for shit QBs?

Chief Roundup 12-17-2014 04:08 PM

44 INT's in the last 3 years for Cutler up there in Chicago.
It would be a lot easier to win if the offense wasn't turning the ball over at such an alarming rate.
Cutler will likely be cut by the Bears this off-season since they have already admitted to having buyers remorse up there.

Alex 24+: 3-36-1

Cutler 24+: 14-38

Do you think that's a lot or something?

It's not.

The Bears defense is a far bigger problem than their QB.

Cutler's never been anything other than a big arm. At one time he had some luck with Brandon Marshall on his team but now he can't throw with that tiny brain of his.
