Does Matt Fields play for the Storm Chasers? I just met him the other night at my house. He is actually staying across the street from my house as he is their nephew and he's down for Spring Training with the Royals and stays with them to save money. I know he's in the higher minor leagues somewhere but not sure where? Fields was sent to minor league camp today. He stated on twitter that he isn't retiring so it looks like he'll be in Omaha.

Ok. When they say sent to minor league camp do they finish March working out here in AZ or do they go back to Omaha immediately? I see his car is still in the driveway so he hasn't left yet!!!

I think they are all in Arizona for the remainder of Spring Training. Just saying that Fields playing in Omaha this season looks like a lock.

He probably has some pull with that team too. He did hit 28 homers for them last year.

I felt bad not knowing him but he's slugged some homers the past two years. He is 29 years old I see. He won't have many more shots. He even said, well it will be hard with Hosmer in the way. LMAO

Gonzo.....congrats to you and to your son! I would donate but like you I am walking in my local walk.

I am so glad for all the advances that are being made these days in Autism research and the support that is available. I would not want anyone to have to go thru what my wife and I did to get my son the assistance he needed.
