I don't even think Buck was the worst of them, and I stand by my post on FB that if you would have had a drinking game that involved the name Harvey you would have ended up in the hospital with alcohol poisoning in 1/3 of an inning.

I thought he was just fine last night.

I think he's shoots pretty straight, and his voice is not an issue. |
Joe Buck is fine. He's not exceptional, he's just fine. The complaints about Joe Buck are generally absurd.

Don't really like him, but the irrational hatred and whining about bias is moronic. |

In my view, as good as the Yankees were in the first half of this game, that's how as bad they've been now

Main issue with Buck is that he goes to the extreme of what most PBP guys do - he gets stuck on a narrative or person and he just beats it to a pulp - most PBP guys move on and let the game create its own narrative. It's like he doesn't have much else to say but keep to his talking points. I think that's what drives most people bonkers.
All in all he's just a super-average PBP guy - but only when he's not caught up in his preferred narrative-loop. |

I take it you don't listen to him much. Either that, or you're just a ****ing moron. |
