I would definitely go to a new doc.

thats the new model that went in and also in my right foot, the old model popped out.

Thanks. Part of the reason I was curious is because I have a filter in my vena cava due to a massive blood clot which stretched from the top of my right thigh to just below my ribcage and I was told that the filter can stay in me "forever" if I want, or at some point I can have it removed. Should I somehow beat stage IV liver cancer and not have any other cancer, I might just have them take it out. I don't like stuff in me that isn't me.
