Troy Vincent is an African American who will not have his penalty over turned or reduced by Goodell due to political correctness. Goodall doesn't want any uncomfortable awkwardness at work giving Troy the feeling that he messed up and Roger doesn't have his back or trust him let alone risk any bad potential PR leaking his feelings to a PC press that Goodall doesn't have his back because he is black.

Speaking of, I've had the thought that Troy Vincent came down so hard on Kansas City because he used to play for Andy in Philly and didn't want to appear to be going easy on his old coach, but of course I didn't factor in the fact that he's black. It all makes sense now.
