I happened to have a 1:1 meeting with a Wisconsin based co-worker today, (She had that sexy accent).
I went with Madison. It's overpriced and too "open concept" but I like the location and the lake. Put up a couple of walls and it's pretty darn good.

Madison was great when I lived there, and if I lived in a house like that on Lake Monona, I'd never leave for any reason.

I'll take the Madison house. Yeah, there's the Fox Point property, but Milwaukee is a ****ing shit hole.

Fair enough

To me, the Fox Point house looks like it was designed for Johnny Carson.

I really liked the castle, bu too small of a lot for me. Give me the seclusion. Sheboygan it is.

Probably go Madison here for the larger city and water access but Sheboygan with 63 is acres is tempting AF.

I liked basically all the houses, but none jumped out at me.

50 grand for me here.
