I'm telling you man, Brodie had winning arm talent

Huard was great for the Discount Coryell offense though, because he wasn't about holding the ball like Green.

He reached his drop and let it fly.

The man knew his limitations.

I thought about Moon. But I eliminated him because his previous record couldn't come into account. Wasn't he 40 years old when he played here? Also, shouldn't Alex Smith count? Week 17 when we sat all of the starters and Daniel started was Smith the backup or was it Murray and Smith was inactive?

Smith was inactive that game. I looked it up.

As was his Week 17 the following season. AKA "The lacerated spleen" game

Some of my most fond memories are from watching him take garbage snaps in blowout wins.

I've liked Todd Collins was upset he went to the Redskins.

Huard dragged us to a playoff game. Then Trent came back. I've spent way too much capital defending Huard.

Thanks for looking it up. I wasn't sure.

To be somewhat fair, Damon Huard did get the Chiefs to a playoff game.

and that was a really bad Chiefs team.

Cannon arm with a glass vagina and Kelly could make some sweet southern tea for me anytime.

After the concussion...I was at that game...Huard paced the sidelines like a caged rat.

It was a mediocre Chiefs team with some gaps. The o-line was old and a shell of itself but was still very good(which shows how good that line was in its prime) and LJ was still a great back.

Teams sold out so hard to stop the run and it allowed Huard to have some great games.

I don't recall Warren Moon playing for us but maybe a few snaps just for sake of putting him in. I don't really remember his play as a Chief but I sure remember his 520+ yards passing on our Defense as an Oiler in 1990 **** he could throw them bombs.

Warren Moon actually was the guy to put the "1" in San Diego's 1-15 season before they drafted Brees

Whatever. We made the playoffs with him at QB. And it's not like he was surrounded by a great team.

Moon is underappreciated here, because we never really got a chance to put him to use.

Outside Trent, Lenny and Joe, he might be the best passer period to ever put on a Chiefs uniform.

We got Moon, . . . in his Twilight. . .
