Looks like if Atlanta ties Detroit at 11 wins they have same 9-3 conference record and same 4-1 common games.

Atlanta strength of victory .457 and play saints
Detroit sov .387 play Dallas and gb

Detroit sov goes up a lot by beating Dallas and gb.
