I imagine all the Chiefs ticket reps saying nonsense to potential season ticket holders, then putting the phone on mute - which is likely on speaker phone

then trying to hold in their laughter like Lloyd and Harry on Dumb and Dumber when they're trying to get the guy to eat his burger they just loaded with hot diablo peppers - and asking him/telling him "why don't ya eat up and we'll tell ya. .....how's your burger"?.
