I don't do any lifting at the gym. I just do resistance machines and aerobics to burn calories. I can only do 3 lbs on the lat pulldown or other arm machines. My arms have never been strong but my legs are. Could never lift my own weight or do a push-up even in highschool at 113lbs.

Sometimes. I do find it attractive when women work out hard and actually push themselves.

No matter how fit I get, squats are something my fear puts in the past, aside from low weight high reps.

In HS and through my 20s, I was doing 400lb reps and 550max, and even though I haven't had major injury I cannot imagine my knees taking that abuse these days.

As for the topic, it's a fine line. I really appreciate fit and toned, but I also appreciate soft and proportioned.
As said above, it's an individualistic question.
And this is purely speaking on aesthetics. Wonderful women of all shapes and sizes shine through personality and disposition.

Yeah when I was walking behind u I noticed you've been doing squats

Google images brings back very mixed results. I voted yes, I think both women and men are improved by toned muscle up to a point. I generally don't think bodybuilders of either gender are attractive.

Cut and fit is great, if they look like baby Arnold, no.

TribalElder 12-17-2019 04:22 PM

Sometimes

Correct answer. My sister in law is a body builder... clothes on gives me a stiffy.... bikini makes me iffy

I had 2 rules when dating:

1 - never date the really hot chick
2 - never date a girl stronger than you
