Unless you have above average computer literacy and above average motivation, you don't have much online privacy anymore.

And that's not even counting all the voluntary things a lot of people post.

MS security setting are way too spread out. All the options should be rolled up in to an on/off switch, varied by security level offers. Too much of that stuff for the average Lew.

I just bought a Chromebook not too long ago and pretty much only use it for streaming Netflix and HBO Max. Never go to any shady websites, no porn , I'm not on Facebook or Twitter thank God, and I never download anything on it either (because the guy at Costco told it basically is impossible to do so due to the lack of memory space). I like it so far just fine and it only set me back $250 bucks. Pretty good deal imo.

Your on Netflix and HBO. You can be tracked.

There is no complete privacy. The only way to stay private is to stay off the internet completely.

Oh I get that. I am absolutely aware that I can be tracked on my Chromebook. I have nothing to hide or be paranoid about (thats all I was getting at:thumb:)

I'm getting way to many Orianthi posts on Facebook these days and I have no idea why.

Do you have a cell phone? They know where you are at at all times.

Yea, I know, man. I don't sweat that shit. But seeing one trip I'd like to keep secret startled me.

It's right there and has been there for a long time:

I love me some Google Chrome, have a Google phone, don't really care that they know everything about me as I have nothing to hide.

But I have Chrome set up just like you pictured, but I get consitent targeted adds. Don't care, would rather see that than shit I could care less about.

Maybe it is the connection with Facebook?

I always use it and will do it in the future too. Just used again to find black ops tac watch phone number in Google. Would love to order a rear watch for my hubby and can't find it anywhere. They are my last hope for now.
