How do you embed YT videos that actually play instead of forcing you to go to YT?

RIP to this man. Amazing actor. One of the strongest on-screen presences around, he just had this kind of aura of authority, importance, intelligence. I struggle with attention but when this guy was talking, I was paying watching and listening.

RIP Commander Zavala in Destiny the game, LT Daniels in The Wire, Charon in John Wick and many more epic roles. This one hurts, I really liked him as an actor and a genuinely decent human being.
