Depends on their actions. Many people are uncomfortable working with someone who could be sexually attractive to them if they are being overtly creepy. If he is professional it most likely wouldn't lead being uncomfortable with a large majority. That being said, some will be uncomfortable, just as some women would be uncomfortable working with a male trainer or a lesbian.

You bring up a good point that is probably going to be the case for most of the people that vote no.
If the only problem people have is being touched physically repeatedly, is that really bigoted?
Is a woman a bigot if she doesn't want a straight man stretching her out and touching her?
Also, would an assistant S&C coach even be touching players?
