AS EVIDENCED by my link with 8 1 score games in 14 games

the Broncos haven't had a 1 score game in almost 3 months

that means nothing to you? are you just plugging your ears and screaming 'la la la' because you know I'm right?

No, because the AFC is terrible. I've said this several times and you continue to ignore it. The entire quality of play in the conference has degraded quite a bit. There were literally 6 winning teams in the entire conference, and only 5 of those outscored their opponents on the season. The rest of the division was terrible. 13-35. The fact they were even down so many scores to San Diego is not a good thing.

I think they can get to the Super Bowl. But I don't think this Denver team is better than the 2009 Colts, no. Or probably a few other Manning Colts teams. People forget the past pretty easily sometimes.

maybe you're right, maybe this ISN'T Peyton's best team

personally

I'd put this Peyton team with VON MILLER and DEMARYIUS THOMAS up against any of those Colts teams.

but that's just me

EITHER WAY

they are going to kill Baltimore today.

tk13 01-12-2013 03:00 PM

I just don't get it. Miller and Thomas are good players. I don't disagree with that one bit, I'm not trying to slight them. But I don't get how people think they're miles ahead of Marvin Harrison and Dwight Freeney. Marvin Harrison is probably one of the 5-6 best WR's to ever play in the NFL. And that doesn't even take into account Wayne and Mathis.

BigMeatballDave 01-12-2013 03:00 PM

Thomas is no better than any other WR Peyton has played with.

He and Decker are flourishing because of him.

They are good, players. No doubt. But, lets not pretend these guys are anywhere as good with a much lesser QB.

-King- 01-12-2013 03:02 PM

I'm adding "Seeing Hootie Meltdown" as reason #9587576 I want the Broncos to lose.

Convince me I am wrong and why.

First thing that comes to mind is Peyton Mannings 0-3? in cold outdoor games.

Mr. Laz 01-12-2013 03:12 PM

WTF happened to Leslie Visser?!?

[/edit]I guess she got into a accident ... yikes

Hootie 01-12-2013 03:15 PM

I need San Fran and Denver to win today for my NFL.com playoff challenge. Lot of $$$ on those two teams.

Anyone else in the KC market see the "Welcome Coach" commercial? I just caught the very tail end of it.

This, however, I wouldn't download anything. I use it regularly and haven't had to download anything (even though it will repeatedly ask me to download something)

Yeah you sure did.
In all of your points you never mentioned Peytons horrible post-season record of 9-10. Specifically the 0-3 cold outdoor games where he’s 64-120 with 612 yards, one touchdown and 7 interceptions.

He hasn't been good at something, but he hasnt' done it since 2004, so he won't be bad at it?

GloryDayz 01-12-2013 03:44 PM

LOL...

mlyonsd 01-12-2013 03:44 PM

I didn't realize the ravens had picked up our old ST coach so fast.

cyborgtable 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

Hell the guys on ESPN radio were laughing when they saw the spread at 9 points. Didn't think it was remotely big enough

GloryDayz 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

I love the "run it up the gut" plan...

Dylan 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

why didn't he take the touchback?

fumbling the damn ball

not good.

rockymtnchief 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

Ray Lewis is going to chew some Raven ass.

GloryDayz 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

LOL... Yeah Flacco, you're what they need to build around!

ILChief 01-12-2013 03:45 PM

God I hate Denver

-King- 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

scho63 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

Flacco is so unimpressive

Hootie 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

that was a terrible flag LMAO

Deberg_1990 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

Why was that one Donkey fan wearing a Packers jersey?

LiveSteam 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

OMG!

GloryDayz 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

If it's a call against the Broncos, I'm good with it (even if it's WAY wrong).

Once he fumbled outside the goal line he had no choice but to run

MeatRock 01-12-2013 03:46 PM

I don't see the Denver pass rush at all.

Demonpenz 01-12-2013 03:47 PM

Flacco Heating up!

GloryDayz 01-12-2013 03:47 PM

Well, it was a good call just the same!

Hootie 01-12-2013 03:47 PM

oh and O.City

maybe because back in 2004 and those cold weather games they were A) playing the Patriots B) he was MUCH younger and MUCH more inexperienced and C) HE PLAYED IN A DOME SO THEY WERE ALL ROAD GAMES.

This is the first cold weather game where he has had the crowd on his side.

So yeah, it is a **** ton different.

cyborgtable 01-12-2013 03:47 PM

Even when he completes a pass Flacco doesn't look good

mlyonsd 01-12-2013 03:47 PM

Has there ever been a donkey player that would ever admit they committed a penalty?
