Anyone who knows ANYTHING about football knows that Dorsey WASN'T invisible, and did exactly what he's supposed to do.

He's not there to rack up sacks and tackles.

He's there to take up blockers, so the other linemen and LB's can make plays.

Our LB corp is absolutely abysmal.

Blaming Dorsey for today is just another brick in the wall showing John's absolute ignorance towards the game of football.

Wait? Wait?

Our LB corps is abysmal?

How can that that be?

The great ****her Gunningham is coaching them up!

You people deserve each other.

You should stop posting, and just read. you obviously don't know jack about football.

Exactly.

Dorsey did have 3 tackles today- what is all the hub bub??

I don't think teams in the NFL will be having RB's trying to chip block him like in college-he was doubled quit often today.

I agree. He thinks he is smart. because he is in the military. Anyone who doesn't agree with him isn't a soldier in the military. They are just a civilian.

Fuk you kcjohnny!

That is military taught. He is just echoing what he was taught. He is a robot now.

Moobs 09-14-2008 06:17 PM

I'd still hold out on judging Dorsey. DT is a tough position for a rookie to come in and make an immediate impact. Usually there's a big difference between year one and two in the league.

He'll be fine.

Moobs 09-14-2008 06:18 PM

BTW, was the thread creator banned here before or something? What's all the hubbub about?

RNR 09-14-2008 06:20 PM

I enjoyed watching McFadden have a good game today. That said to compare draft picks two games into their rookie season is rather silly IMO

FringeNC 09-14-2008 06:22 PM

Didn't bother with this thread til now. Looks like it was close to KCJ going into full meltdown mode.

King_Chief_Fan 09-14-2008 06:30 PM

Dorsey is hoping to get cut to go to a real team.

Otter 09-14-2008 06:33 PM

This team is run by losers.

You could have a roster full of all stars and the Chiefs would still suck. I'll say it again, there are much bigger problems with this team than it's players.

Bwana 09-14-2008 06:33 PM

KCJ: You know this after TWO games??

Pasta Little Brioni 09-14-2008 06:36 PM

CUT DORSEY!!!!!!!! CUT ALBERT!!!!! BUSTS!!!!!!!

ChiefsCountry 09-14-2008 08:26 PM

Wow, of course Kris Wilson should be the starting tailback. Donnell Bennett was great. Elvis Grbac never should have been let go.

He's probably out killing korean hobos as we speak.

Nightfyre 09-14-2008 08:32 PM

KCJ doesn't understand that Dorsey's duty isn't measured in statistics. KCJ doesn't understand that a DT takes 2-3 years to develop. KCJ doesn't understand that a rookie is not accountable for the performance of the entire defense. KCJ needs to learn a thing or two about football. JMO.

chiefs1111 09-14-2008 08:42 PM

Not to mention we once again tackled like shit today.... It was the whole freaking D.

KcFanInGA 09-14-2008 09:23 PM

Here is the bottom feedin line. Whoever called the plays today, any and all persons, should have been shot right on the ****ing field!!!

Don't be so quick to sell Dorsey short.... if he wasn't there, Oakland may have rushed for 400 yards. Just be thankful Dorsey was there to save you from that embarrassment...

Coach 09-14-2008 11:02 PM

I strongly feel that Dorsey is playing out of position. Would rather him and Tank Tyler switch places. I see Tyler more of a guy who should be commanding double teams, while Dorsey should be the playmaker DT.

Valiant 09-15-2008 01:04 AM

Really??

The defense was on the field the entire time today..

They played great for quite a while with what the offense was giving them and kept the Chiefs in the game..

Everyone on the defense did admirable for the putrid offense Herm cooked up..

Pablo 09-15-2008 01:10 AM

Are people born this stupid...or do they have to work at it throughout their lifetime?

kstater 09-15-2008 03:36 AM

Another stat: the longest drive the Chiefs offense had was 4 minutes. Chew on that a while.

Sad that it takes a Raiders fan to bring any semblance og objectivity to the forum.
Thanks, UD.

I am not against the Dorsey pick, and the chiefs don't need anymore RBs. Its just in our face that the Oakland top draft pick is paying off immediately and we are going to have sweat it out with the kids until they gel into some kind of unit.

Giving up 300 yards is a humiliation.
Giving up 300 yards at Arrowhead is a humiliation of biblical proportions.

So giving up 300 yards at home to a team that could only amass 55 yards passing is somehow the offense's fault?

Congrats to the Oakland fans.

Mecca 09-15-2008 03:56 AM

Not scoring until the end of the game is the offenses fault, if you score 10 or less in your games you are going to lose 99% of the time.

Congrats to the Oakland fans.

You are really ****ing stupid.

If the offense can't sustain drives, the defense is on the field the ENTIRE game, which was evident yesterday.

I think we've had to many coaches that completely stress one side of the ball over the other so now we have fans who don't remotely understand basic things.

I changed it because I posted this in the heat of the moment. It was frustrating watching McFadden shred our D in our own house. I love the Dorsey pick. I hate being exploited by any RB, but the Raiders #1 pick was particularly infuriating. Especially since we didn't hear much from our guy as our D was serving as a doormat for their #2 and #3 RBs.

I assume all your posts are infallible, no?

As just about anyone here will tell you, if I have an opinion I feel is necessary to post, I tend to stick with it, regardless if I'm getting railed on...

Fire Me Boy! 09-15-2008 06:56 AM

Mike Merritt = Jake Long

They both have the same number of TDs and receptions.

The Chiefs longest drive was 4 minutes.

Do the math, genius.

It's scary to think that you actually raise children, and defend this country with your supreme lack of intelligence.

This is a discussion about entertainment, not life. You are unqualified to judge my personal, professional or other qualifications. I'll thank you to stay on tpoic and leave my personal business out of it. I have enough credentials to lead in many different venues and situations. My leadership has been tested.

You are showing a lack of principle and basic respect. That is neither intelligent nor a display of leadership.

Oh, Proctor. How can you still make these claims after the 1,000 embarrassing meltdowns you've had on this very board. The longer you hang around here, the closer we are to yet another famous Johnny Proctor crazy episode. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it. I think you need to talk to someone other than a priest about the nutty thoughts that run through your head. Somebody professional, who can prescribe medicine.
