Where in that post did I say Orton > Cutler?

Trading Cutler got us a good cover corner, and a good DE/OLB, and a safety first QB.

You do not specifically say that Orton is better than Cutler, but the implication is that Orton is better for the Donkeys.

A somewhat talented game manager is never better than a potential franchise game changing QB, regardless of system or circumstance.

I just don't think Orton's play will hurt us. I think he can win games for us with what we have around him, and the system he is in.

Don't you think that Orton could have put up the exact same numbers that Cassel did if he was in New England last year instead of Chicago?

No I don't.

I haven't bought into the Casel bandwagon, but one thing I do know is that he is a far more accurate passer in the short to intermediate passes than Orton, and many of the yac yards they put up are the result of that accuracy.

I don't think Orton is terrible, but neither do I think he is nearly as good as you try to paint him to be.

no and obviously neither does your coach

There is no doubt in my mind that Orton would have just as good if not better numbers if he was put in the same situation as Cassel. Heck Orton was putting up similar numbers with Rashied Davis and Devin Hester as his No 1 and No 2 receivers before he got hurt. Imagine what he could have done with Moss, Welker, Watson, that offensive line, and NE's coaching staff.

Tom Brady the year before Randy Moss and Wes Welker
87.9 QB Rating
3529 Yards
61.8 Comp %
24 TD's
12 Int's

Tom Brady after Randy Moss and Wes Welker
117.2 QB Rating
4806 Yards
68.9 Comp%
50 TD's
8 Int's

ROFL:LOL:
I can't get over a donkey fan coming to this board pimping his QB and expecting Chiefs fans to agree with him. You, don'tknowmo, are an idiot. Your coach coveted Cassel so bad, he drove of your qbotf. Sorry, Orton wasn't his first choice and in reality had to settle for him.

This is the system that Orton should have been playing his entire life. He will play very well in it this year.

ROFL

Congratulations; your coach is as ****ing reeruned as you are.

So you have seen the corner and DE/OLB play in the NFL? So you have seen this QB play in your system? This is homerish even for a homer.

McDaniels has 100% confidence in his system. Actually if you listen to this podcast he says "the quarterback in our system is never going to have to go out there and win the game by himself. Never has to, never will"

that's the dumbest thing a football coach has ever said, anywhere, ever.....
