A somewhat talented game manager is never better than a potential franchise game changing QB, regardless of system or circumstance. |

Don't you think that Orton could have put up the exact same numbers that Cassel did if he was in New England last year instead of Chicago? |

I haven't bought into the Casel bandwagon, but one thing I do know is that he is a far more accurate passer in the short to intermediate passes than Orton, and many of the yac yards they put up are the result of that accuracy. I don't think Orton is terrible, but neither do I think he is nearly as good as you try to paint him to be. |

There is no doubt in my mind that Orton would have just as good if not better numbers if he was put in the same situation as Cassel. Heck Orton was putting up similar numbers with Rashied Davis and Devin Hester as his No 1 and No 2 receivers before he got hurt. Imagine what he could have done with Moss, Welker, Watson, that offensive line, and NE's coaching staff.
Tom Brady the year before Randy Moss and Wes Welker 87.9 QB Rating 3529 Yards 61.8 Comp % 24 TD's 12 Int's Tom Brady after Randy Moss and Wes Welker 117.2 QB Rating 4806 Yards 68.9 Comp% 50 TD's 8 Int's |

I can't get over a donkey fan coming to this board pimping his QB and expecting Chiefs fans to agree with him. You, don'tknowmo, are an idiot. Your coach coveted Cassel so bad, he drove of your qbotf. Sorry, Orton wasn't his first choice and in reality had to settle for him. |
