I realize that we lost a spot in the draft, but today's win was great. Especially after Missouri got reamed, reamed again and then reamed some more in their bowl game, I really needed this.

Hopefully this can be a springboard for a successful 2010 campaign.

Somehow, there's a misconception out there that I'm actually not a Chiefs fan, which couldn't be further from the truth.

It really bums me out that people think otherwise, just because in 2009, I've been understandably down on the direction of the franchise.
