During a break I went over and introduced myself to stevie dole and iowanian. Started to head up your way but you two were gone.. I'm gonna check the dvr now lol. Found myself on the mnf telecast too.

Not at all. I don't usually get drunk at 9am, but OTW and his damned playoff bourbon had me spinning. Then Dedicated Fan got my wife drinking the Irish coffee, and she was lights out. Combined with the playoff atmosphere, I was dazed and confused and loving my little slice of Chiefs heaven. At least for the first half anyway.

I really wish I could've gotten together with you, the Senator, and Iowanian.

I should have been more assertive I guess. We had enough empty seats around us there wad room for them.......

Me too. The only thing that kept me from socking two Ravens fans behind me in their dicksuckers was the thought of my wife having to find her way out of the stadium, back to the car, and then to the police station to bail me out on her own in a city she'd never visited before.

ya, those guys started out ok, but went downhill pretty fast...they yelled some pretty uncool things out at a female ravens fans late in the game..i went down and congratulated her and told her not to take it to heart, and that it wasn't indicitive of the fanbase...

Must've been a raucus Chiefs fan. I thought I missed out on a joke there. Those two were directly ****ing behind me. Right in my ear. I don't care if you root for the other team. You paid to get in. But it was right in my ear. For hours. On one of the worst football days of my life. Not a good combo. I'm actually really glad the wife was with me.

I thought my brother was going to kick his ass....It pretty much ended the fun in our row.


Had a nice time...Enjoyed the tailgate, the parking lot atmosphere and seeing some of you.

Am definitely catching some blowback about trucker handles and me being a creepy internet people today.


I think my favorite tailgate moment was when one of the members misheard my name(real) and thought I was someone
else, and tried his best to make a polite face, when he looked like I'd farted in phone booth with him....I am definitely NOT that guy.
Had a little too much fun...and have the headache today to prove it.

WE had some jackass in our section throw a beer bottle after one of the refs horrid calls. Hit some lady in the lower level and did quite a number on her. She was having trouble standing and eventually had to leave for medical attention. Needless to say we all got the guy removed. Hell, even his own troupe pointed him out to security. I think he did feel bad though. He left very willingly and did not create a scene at all.

I must have been in the Tent in front of Monty's Vehicle while that pic was taken. My wife was enjoying the tent as it was warmer in there. Plus I was pretty drunk or I probably would have heard everybody gathering for a pic.

Also in case anybody doesn't remember what I look like or if they think they may have talked to me or the Mrs. Here is our pic. I know I don't remember everybody I talked to by face.

Excellent tailgate guys! It was great to meet many of you. My wife has pictures of the bevischief chair victory. The food was great. The company even better.

Thank you to Luv, Papasmurf, and Monte's crew for making this happen. Next season it would be great to team up like this again.

Too bad we had to end the game the way we did and it sucks that some of you had to deal with idiots during the game.

This tailgate is a great memory though and I look forward seeing many of you next season if not before.

Been in Dallas all week. The doode who checked me in at the Hotel was a Chiefs fan. All of this within spitting distance of the new "Cowboys" stadium! I've been staying there for years, talked to him any number of times, and he just happens to ask, "Wow, what's up with your voice?" Small world!!

Anyway, "GloryDayz Jr" rocks as a name... He's camping in the ice and snow tonight, but I'll be sure to tell him his new name soon enough...

We had a great time at the tailgate and we'll definitely be doing this again. Great times and it was great to see some old friends and meet others. My wife and I really enjoyed it!! :toast:
