The players agreed to let the owners opt out of the CBA.
The players walked away from the negotiating table first by decertifying and not making a counter-offer to a reasonable offer from the owners. Are the owners greedy. Sure. Would you expect different from Snyder or Jones? If BOTH SIDES wanted an agreement, they could just agree to negotiate. At this point, they are BOTH rolling the dice on the courts. |
