Just because he's a FA backup that sits behind a superstar doesn't equate them. They're different people, with different skillsets.

You don't know what you're going to get with Flynn, anymore than any of the rookies you might draft-except that he has played a little in actual NFL games and played well. It's an awfully small sample size, though.

I want no part of Matt Cassel and 2012 Chiefs going together. I'd rather put him on the trade block and see what we can get. I don't think its out of the realm of possibility for the Browns to be satisfied that Cassel gives McCoy some competition at QB or as a failsafe. I'd much rather re-sign Orton and see what we can get in the draft. I don't see Orton wanting to sign if Cassel is still here. Like many here, I wouldn't trust that Cassel is handed the job.
