Hmmm...I'd suggest buying either a plane ticket or a car. That's definitely too far to walk.

When you go to walmart/kmart/target etc, all chiefs t shirts and stuff are littered with the number seven. My grandma buys my kids cassel stuff alot.

A good bottle for the host and money for what you want to drink and a good attitude. The rest will take care of it self.

Why the plural? It should be singular because we all know what singularity is holding the Chiefs back this year.

I'm checking on that, had it not been for local friends donating their time and smokers yes.The other challenge this year is that food prices have really shot up(especially at the meat market I use.)Once my work deadlines are over I'm going to spend a half day checking and calculating totals.

I'd say go with this if the crowd isn't really large. Get a grill, tell everyone to bring what you want to eat. I'd volunteer to cook if everyone likes their food either raw or burnt.

Unless someone is volunteering to drive all the out-of-towners to the grocery store so they can buy a steak, I知 not sure this plan would work.

Yeah I was thinking more along the lines of whoever wants to eat kick in a few bucks and we buy ground beef and brats. I think it would get too complicated if everyone brought their own stuff. I'd be going from hamburgers to steaks to chicken breasts to who knows whatever the hell else.

I think when NZoner has done the "pay for food separately", its gotten messy, unless he did wrist-bands or something.

Food is covered in the $25,I'd like to keep it that way to keep it simple so everyone is donating the same amount.

Once I have a better idea of who will be staying in the gameroom for Sunday's games I might try and put something together for that as well for another small donation.

I can do that. Sometimes people can accept event invites without really thinking about it, so a few of them probably just clicked something saying they were going just to get rid of the invite.

Also, I made you a host on there, so you should be able to make changes, too. I know you're busy, though, so I was going to update it as I saw you update this thread.

Good point... I could teach one to fetch beer, and play ping pong on the side, so I can finally beat Simply Red. And that would allow you to devote more time to the kitchen... :hmmm:

Joe is hosting the games in his game room. I believe anyone wanting to go to the game needs to get their own tickets. Once we see who all is coming, then maybe you all can look and find tickets together.
