Not in Nor Cal. Its a huge respect thing that goes all the way into the prison system. They will for the most part mind their own business, but there are alot of browns that will hang out with black n vice versa. Especailly in the Bay

Well, he was telling the truth...There's A LOT of black people there. There are also A LOT of black people in Harlem. There are also A LOT of white people in Wyoming...Is that racist? If so - I'm racist I guess.
