Frazod doesn't really like anybody but he tolerates a few. He's been here since the beginning and helped develop the direction and the policies for this place. He can generally tell early when somebody is gonna work out and when somebody is going to inevitably get shitcanned. He's not 100% but in more cases than not, if he takes a dislike to somebody, they're going to eventually screw up to the point they get the boot. It's not some special power or because he's in our ear. It's because he understands the tenets upon which this place was created and he wants to look out for the longterm viability of the place. He's actually very keen.
