They were overrated with Stafford and Moreno. :)The year we started the season ranked #1 with those guys was a curse. They do have an easy schedule this year but, I don't get where you are coming from the last two years. Opening against Boise State last year and at Oklahoma the year before ain't easy. They are going to be really good this year. They have five starters on defense out today and one on offense. They have a really good QB, o-line, the best defensive player in the country (Jarvis Jones OLB), and are returning 10 defensive starters. It will be a couple weeks before all ten are playing. Also, all reports say the 11th guy (Malcolm Mitchell - CB) is the best since Champ Bailey. He's not playing today either.

He's talking about your SEC schedule. Last year your West opponents were Ole Miss, Miss St, and Auburn. This year it's Ole Miss and Auburn. Three straight years of no Alabama and no LSU in the regular season.

They won't be really good Bob. I mean in terms of SEC play. Their scehdule has been an absolute joke. Last year they completely dodged Arky, LSU, and Bama in the west. And they still couldn't do shit. How do you bypass the 3 best SEC teams in the West, possibly the conference, and be garbage? Because they suck and are overrated. True but, the schedule goes that way for everyone every few years. If Mizzou and Texas A&M didn't join this year, we would have had them. Also, LSU kicked our ass in the SEC Championship Game so it worked out. The SEC East is just not as strong as the West right now. However, Georgia could suprise this year.

Also, people think Richt sucks but he is a man of his morales. All of these guys that are suspended probably wouldn't be on alot of other SEC teams. Consider that he kicked Mettenberger, LSU's starting QB, off the team a couple of years ago. He also kicked Issiah Crowell, #1 recruit in the country last year, off the team for being a dumbass. It really frusterates alot of people that he's a "goody goody."

It's an away game every single year for Georgia and it factors into the rankings. Also, Georgia Tech has won the ACC far more times recently than Florida State has. LSU is better than Auburn right now but they weren't when Auburn had Jason Campbell and Cam Newton.

The Florida Georgia game last year was one of the worst games ever. One should never brag about that one, both teams should have lost.

Richt is a good man, terrible coach. Georgia does less with more than any team in football. Mike Bobo (the OC) sucks. Grantham (DC) is the best coach they have.

With the talent, and schedule they have, UGA should be a national championship caliber team. But they won't be.
