I've gotten sick due to eating both Papa John's and Pizza Hut. Since then my brain has conditioned me to think they're repulsive, which, in all fairness to the inner workings of my mind, they probably are.

1. Pizza
2. Casey's
3. Frozen
4. Dominos
5. Pizza Hut
6. Papa John's

Pizza Hut is good if you eat it at the restaurant I find but if you order it, it's straight up trash. It makes me feel sick, hurts my head, makes me tired and bloated then I fall asleep and wake up dying of thirst for water.

They have this new pizza here at Pizza hut called the hot dog stuffed crust pizza, looks so ****ing disgusting. Anyone seen this in the states or na?

When I was in high school, we'd get Pizza Hut's stuffed crust meat lovers and it was pretty good... then in college, Dominos had a BBQ pizza that was pretty impressive.... Papa John's is probably 3rd behind the other two big chains, but I rarely eat any of it unless someone brings it in as part of a meeting or get together. I usually go with Minsky's or Da'Bronx.

Frozen Pizza/thick take home pizza Rule #1 - if you're not doing a broil cycle from the top, half or three fourths way through, you're doing it wrong.

I'm going to put you into the category of a customer that thinks one location's pizza being bad is the same as every papa john's pizza being bad. If you don't like the crust or the sauce or the cheese or whatever than thats fine but pizza is pizza, I'll chalk this up to you order from a store that's run by a shitty management staff.

The new Dominos pan pizzas aren't bad. I know that if I had to choose between the 3 of the large pizza chains, I'd prob pick Dominos.

The same goes for Pizza Hut.....I remember in the 90s when their pizza was actually good.

Anymore if you want good pizza you have to pay a lot more for it like Tim's Pizza or Funhouse Pizza. The Bronx is really good as is The Dish Famous out in Liberty.

I do miss the original Shakespeare's Pizza in CoMo. That was some good shit.

Can't leave out Casey's Gas Station pizza. That's good too.

Probably not the same, but it's the best frozen pizza I've ever had. Only comes in cheese and pepperoni.

I'll have to try one.....I can't imagine them being anywhere near as good as a fresh one out of the oven, but I am intrigued either way. May get one for the Chiefs game tomorrow.

They are very good. Unfortunately, the Raytown Hy-Vee has not had them in the last couple of months. May have to start checking out some other Hy-Vees.

Domino's is my favorite chain pizza. Anybody ever been to Calgaro's in Cole Camp? That place is divine.

pizza hut uses the foulest, most rancid oil/fat they can find...it tastes and smells like 3000 batches of felafel were fried in it before they used it for the pizza...

I live in CoMo now, and Shakespere's is really good, but HELLA expensive. And I don't bitch about the price of food when it's quality...but in CoMo we have so many options : Southside, G&D, Arris, Gumby's, Wiseguys...

As far as chains, Pizza Hut isn't terrible. I have to be in the right kind of mood to want Papa John's. Smaller chains here are decent - Marco's is pretty decent, and I love Mellow Mushroom. There's a couple local joints that are pretty tasty. Bad chains: Little Caesar's easily takes the cake.

While traveling a couple months back I stopped off the interstate for something. Stopped at the first non-fast food joint I found, which was Sicily Pizza in Slidell, LA. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had. It was awful. Buffet, like a cheap knockoff of Cici's. Yes, that bad.

not true - if you go there and get a real pizza (like at Pī, across from the Pageant or at Roma's, etc) it's amazing.

Imo's is the 'Papa John's' of St. Louis-style; it's ok for those who don't know any better...but ultimately, chain pizza places usually suck, and Imo's is no exception.

Used to drive twenty minutes each way to get Calgaro's. bill opened a new location two blocks from my house and almost in the shop's backyard. I eat way too much pizza...
