Yep, see what I just posted a bit ago. Seems obvious to me. Hopefully it's not just wishful thinking.

But Pioli had to have a MOTIVE to say that, he did.

Remember, the reports were that "the new head coach will decide Piolis fate"

They obviously didn't agree on the direction they want to take the team and Reid told Hunt to can him.

To me, Pioli seemed nervous and even a tad jealous.

We have all heard Genos recent interviews...he is gonna knock Reid's questions out of the park.

Him and every other QB aside from meathead Bray.

Its clear Reid and SP don't see eye to eye on Cassel or the need for a QB, it was encouraging to see that play out, even though Reid said nothing, SPs questions and comments made it clear they're nowhere close to being on the same page.

i'm telling you; after those interviews, they are walking out the door and on their way to scout the other six slots. Case closed/deal done.

The only problem I have with this is that the first draft class of Pioli is now at the same point we were at with a lot of guys at this team. A lot of people thought Carr sucked, Albert needed to be moved to Guard, Derrick Johnson was a colossal bust, Jamaal Charles was a backup....
