Jaylon Smith is the LB they used a 2nd round pick on from Notre Dame, he blew his knee out in the bowl game had the drop foot issue, he played some last year.

Jaylon Smith is a LBer they used a 2nd round on 2 years ago. He had drop foot and nerv damage. He red shirted his first year in the league and played every game last year.

Hes knee and nervs have completely healed now and he is set to take over the MLB spot in Dallas 4-3. This will keep Sean Lee healthy playing WLB.

Jaylon Smith was projected high first round before the bowl game. Dallas took a chance, and it could pan out this year.

So Dallas let hitchens go because Jaylon is Cheaper, Bigger, and did I say Cheaper?

Also has All Pro upside if he's back to 100%...

Any more the position is interchangeable but the big deal is Parker played a ton of single high because of all the man looks. Not all safeties can do that so it is a particular skill set.

If it gets Sorenson out of that damn package it'll be worth it. And if that happens, he really doesn't have much value.

Sorensen needs to be gone. I think he'll be a June 1st cut honestly because he's not worth that top 10 cap hit. I think they'll see what they can get in the draft at safety and then cut Sorensen after.

What I like is between this guy and Ragland we got some linebackers that can lay some fools out. The Pittsburghization of our linebacking corps is a welcome development.

I wouldn't be so quick to cut Sorenson. Aside from Berry, there's nothing but a bag of aides behind him.

Sorenson shouldn't be starting, but he's quality depth.
