Had Pole in a mock not long ago, like him as a stash and develop OG.

Pole has a touch of kelechi osemele in his game to me with the aggressiveness. I read he didn’t play FB until JC? That’s a plus on wear and tear. Good call

Go Mules.

I listened to a lot of the games. Great passer and a good running QB too. Glad to see the Chiefs giving him a chance to at least get to Training Camp.

Might be a great developmental QB.

I know Steele technically never played FB in college, and we sort of kept him around to eventually become that for us.

But my God... the guy knows NOTHING about blocking. We're not taking a large RB who can block and making him a FB. We're taking a large RB who CAN'T block and making him a FB.

Unless he demonstrates that he learned and perfected that skill over the offseason, he can go back home and get eaten by his pet

Chiefs didn’t show interest?

BREAKING: The Falcons are signing former Kansas Jayhawk CB Cobee Bryant, per @Schultz_Report.

Bryant was one of the biggest draft snubs, going undrafted despite being viewed by many as a top corner in this class. In an exclusive pre-draft interview with Preme Sports, Bryant told us the Falcons showed major interest, along with the Chargers, Vikings, and 49ers.

Scouts had concerns about his weight, but Bryant confirmed he’s added 10 pounds since the offseason and now checks in at 184 lbs.

The resume speaks for itself:
▪️ 3x First-Team All-Big 12
▪️ 46 career starts
▪️ 2024: 4 INTs, 11 PBUs, 3.5 TFLs, 37 tackles

Atlanta just landed an absolute dog with a massive chip on his shoulder.

Would've been nice along with Jared Ivey, but some nice depth added at positions we were light. Still think the DL had room for targets but it was good to see a guy like Briningstool brought in at TE.

He was only a fan favourite in preseason when he looked good. As soon as he started fumbling he was branded a useless piece of shit by us and hardly saw the field again.

On a related note, it still boils my piss that we had 3 years of Skyy Moore stinking up the place because he was a 2nd round pick. He should have got the Steele treatment regardless of whether he was a 2nd round pick, 6th round or UDFA.

No one is better than Dante. Universally considered by the vast majority on here to be the draft thread creator guru for CP.

Luke Grimm was the KU UDFA we should have signed..he’s a stud and he’s local. Will be surprised if he doesn’t stick for chargers.

If he wants to, he's welcome to do that and we can merge the threads. This seems to happen every year, someone will start the UDFA and not follow through with updates. :spock:

I am guessing that the NFL thinks the allegations have some solid credibility to them.

I'm rooting big time for him to make the training camp roster. He is from my area, the Lake of the Ozarks, I watched him grow up and play high school football. Outstanding kid, wish all the best for him.

Someone said it earlier, sounds like Boomer Grigsby II… could help out on STs…a Toub pic? :hmmm:

From NFL…
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/brando...7-0d8d9aff6692

Overview
Inside linebacker who boasts a burly frame and outstanding pro-day testing numbers. George was a mainstay on special teams during his six-year career, spending only one season (2024) as a full-time starter. He’s inconsistent in making reads and fitting up the run properly, but he’s big and strong. He can leverage his gaps when he’s in position. He’s a build-up runner who lacks the necessary burst to patrol from sideline to sideline, and he’s a liability in coverage. George’s testing, measurables and special-teams experience might appeal to teams, but likely as an undrafted free agent.

Strengths
Throwback size with a broad, muscular chest and long arms.
Explosion testing at pro day was off the charts.
Plays very heavy behind his pads on contact with blocks.
Has the size and play strength to fill and constrict his gaps.
Played extensively on special teams.

Weaknesses
Started in only one of his six seasons at Pitt.
Lacks fluidity with his feet when operating in tight quarters.
Doesn’t always recognize proper positioning and run fits.
Below-average instincts and block take-on technique.
Gets lost and can be exploited in both zone and man coverages.

He'll do what it takes if he wants to get paid playing football. Got the physical tools and he's got all day every day to learn the playbook and practice if he has the WANT TO.

One of the worst if not the worst Iowa QBs Ive ever seen.
