Misread. Thought we were talking about DeCosta. Of course Ozzie won't leave. DeCosta is who I think Fazrod was wanting to talk about.

DeCosta has turned down far more impressive jobs than this one over the years. Plus, he just got paid an insane amount to be the GM in waiting when Ozzie retires.

I am aware of this. However, that doesn't change the fact that DeCosta is the GM I desire. Pioli had also turned down more lucrative job offers than the KC one as well.

As for the money, it is nice but not the reason most are in it. Personnel jobs all start with insane hours, work demands, and low pay.
