They make delicious chicken.

Oh, and I was planning to eat at Chick Fil A for the first time tonight, but the logistics didn't work. So I'll have to try it at some point this weekend. It's really been bumped to the top of my must-do list.

And when I take my first bite, I'll think of all of the butthurt liberal polesmokers in Iowa City that wouldn't approve, and have a good chuckle over it. :thumb:

Goodnight!

Make sure you try the Polynesian sauce!

That is something that a lot of people make fun of. But I agree, holding fast to your beliefs versus selling out is commendable. And would be even if I didn't agree with those beliefs.

I can tolerate differences of oppinion, so long as you actually act upon what you say you believe in.

Yeah, it's pretty impressive.

They must have some stipulation that all franchises must remain closed on Sundays as well. I've never seen a single Chick-Fil-A open on a Sunday.

They should experiment with a Shabbat Goy shift to do their work on Sundays.

LMAO

I had forgotten about that. And I was planning on stopping by Sunday, too. Dammit.

CFA is just alright. When I was travelling to Mesa, AZ on a consistent basis there was a store right by where we were working. (They weren't in the KC area back then). I ended up eating the wraps more than the sandwiches. There's something about their sandwiches that don't appeal to me... too much bread?... too dry? Their fries are good, though.

I like it. Don't care about the political stuff, even if I agree. I like Ben and Jerry's ice cream, and from what I hear they are politically opposite me. But they make damn good ice cream so...

I'm going to post a photo of my half-eaten chicken sandwich so that Aturnis can officially declare me his enemy.

honestly as a business owner they should keep their political viewpts to themselves.

It was the same act as pro athletes shitting stuff out over twitter.

Classless move - Christian or otherwise...

Late to the thread, and I haven't read it.....

I'm not a fan of Chick-Fil-A. It's decent, and I like their fries, but it's not a destination for me, and I certainly won't go out of my way for it.

Owner gets to make the rules. That's why you own things. I agree with Virus, respect their stance.

Even if the political winds appear to be poised to affect how they interact with their employees?
