I picked up a bottle of Chicken Cock Kentucky Straight yesterday. With a name like that how could I resist, right? I am enjoying it quite a bit though. We’ll see how it holds up through the end of the bottle, but I could see this having a permanent place in the liquor cabinet.

Knob Creek is my standard go to bourbon, but appreciate many others. Just was gifted a bottle of Uncle Nearest that I will add to my rotation.

Buffalo Trace used to be my regular go to. Now it’s hard to find and expensive when you can. I’ve switched to Elijah Craig. I can get it for $25 a bottle
