not really. I have a live in and and I have 2 debit cards that I fund. One that I do not ever look at and another that she is supposed to notify me for permission to use. I was told by lawyer that if she took the money and left, there would be no recourse..... So, it would have to be black and white and it just looks grey. If they shared checking, he's ****ed if he ever let her sign his name: he's ****ed, ever used a credit card he's ****ed.
