One of the guilty pleasures in my e-life is to read Frazod arguing with anybody.

To me, Hootie's entertaining. This thread is evidence of that. But I crack up reading Frazod's posts as he argues back and forth with anybody.

I didn't say that you were unoriginal, that was someone else. I was simply stating that much of the stuff that happens to guys when they are in the phase of bar hopping and chasing tail, is funny as hell. It happens to everyone. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen to you. It just happens less often once you get married.

I have a 10 year old that says shit that cracks me up all the time. It just so happens that most 10 year olds say shit that cracks me up all the time when I'm coaching them. THAT was my point. FWIW, I like this thread, but it got hijacked into you feeling you had to tell everyone how original and funny you are. Simply starting this thread and doing the roasts should speak for itself.

I didn't say that this thread isn't entertaining. It is. But so are kids rubbing poo on the walls. And, as someone pointing out, this thread is really just an occasional Hootie update surrounded by normal CP banter. Hootie's input is really just an intermission.

Sure... Then again, entertainment value is what I come here for. In that regard, I consider hootie threads to be quality. If I go to Web MD to diagnose an issue with one of my kids and get a story about banging skanks, I would consider that to be a low quality entry. It's all about context.

Saul is one of my favorite posters on this site. He argues the same points I try to argue he's just smarter. I can respect that.

Exactly. We agree here. I think. This is a message board. It is the last place on earth I want to be known as one of the best at being here. I like Hootie threads too. They are entertaining for one reason or another.

I could probably tell all sorts of stories and they'd probably be pretty funny. I'm now a married professional with kids, and don't feel it necessary or appropriate to divulge some of the fun, though now probably repulsive, illegal, immoral, and just plain idiotic things I did 20 years ago.

Hootie doesn't mind, so that works for him, and yes, it is entertaining. I'm probably a bit boring now to a guy his age, but funny how life changes. You couldn't pay me to go back to that time of life. Well, ok, for two or three days maybe, but that's about it.;)
