People who have a handicapped placard for their mom, dad, aunt or whatever and use it as excuse to park in handicapped spaces...show an iota of dignity for God's sake. My dad was 92 when he died and refused for me to park with him in the car in a handicapped spot . . . "I'm old, not @#$%! handicapped!"

People who take their sweet-ass time walking across the street in front of you when they know people are waiting on them . . . unless they're handicapped.

The Costco I go to has 20+ handicapped parking spots that are ALWAYS packed on the weekends. ALWAYS! Go inside? Hardly EVER see someone with a cane, walker or wheelchair.
