Maybe. He also hasn't deterred his agent from making him seem money-hungry. I'm not even mad that he left or wanted to leave. I'm mad about how he handled it.

I don't believe he just called you a bigot or anything.

I think he's suggesting it would be like you becoming a Cubs fan then bemoaning the fact that they haven't had a WS since 1908. You weren't a fan for that, you don't share in that pain.

So to carry that burden as a fan is a little disingenuous, at least at the start.

(But it's more fun to think he's accusing you of burning crosses and ****ing your cousin...so lets go with that)

So do you think Arkansas will petition the NCAA to play all their games at Mizzou Arena? Afterall, CMA doesn't seem too great at winning elsewhere.

You've just seemed to have a hard on to hate the UofA since day one. Goes back to that thread a year ago and continued through football season. Nothing personal, since you obviously know that we agree and vibe on many things, but your UofA hate just grates. And it especially grates because I was born a Hog whereas the only reason that you even care about the hogs ismthat you'll spend 4 years of grad school there.

I don't understand what burden I'm supposed to be carrying though? I haven't posted anything to the effect of bemoaning the Cubs' lack of WS appearances. I haven't acted like some uber-fan of the Crimson Tide. I hate Cam Newton, which made rooting for Auburn really easy. I talked shit on Arkansas a little bit during the football season, but mostly because I'm still pissed at the whole "Of course we'll beat Missouri (in the 2008 Cotton Bowl). We're from the SEC" thing. I really don't understand what NewPhin is accusing me of.

Seen a lot of things but I don't remember a coach burying a friend, an employer and 15 players in the same day. 2 minutes ago via ÜberSocial

"Going back to that thread a year ago" is a major stretch, man. I've never liked the Razorbacks, but I've never really hated them either. Until today, that is. Heh. "Nothing personal" doesn't seem to be correct; you seem to take any post that isn't pro-University of Arkansas very personally.

And for what it's worth - I'm totally on board with the Cuonzo Martin hire.

He'd re-open the recruiting lanes we !@#$ed up in STL over the last decade and he already has cache in the KC area. He's an East STL product so he has ties to Missouri (not the university, but the state; he's a Purdue player). And he's a young guy that can come in here and make this program his own. He can keep Pressey if he wants him, IMO. I think he could even keep Porter.

I want Cuonzo.

This.

JFC.

My opinion of this man has plummeted faster than United 93.

A man of Anderson's character should fit in well at Arkansas with Petrino.
