As Miles Lane (I think) would say, Israel & Iran are about ready to "GET IT ON". If that happen Iran is expected to shut off the Strait of Hormutz & oil is expected to almost instantly skyrocket to $200/barrel.

Crude dropping hard today. Down $4.37 (4.36%) at $95.77 right now. Our crude demand is down 5.6% compared to last year, which is stunning. Gasoline is $3.27/gallon, which is low relative to the current price of crude.

In the KC area, it's gone below $3/gallon again.

Goddamit, I'm sick of big oil gouging the shit out of us for their own selfish reasons...oh wait...

What is stunning is that the US has a surplus of gas and we are now exporting it yet costs remain high.

It's not stunning at all. If the energy companies can export their product for a higher price than they can get here, they will.

Crude closes down $5.19 (5.2%) today at $94.82. I will be sending it back up tomorrow, however.

And pretty soon natural gas will be free! This has to be THE MOST MANIPULATED MARKET on the face of the earth. No jobs? Smash natural gas! I have no interest in nat. gas, but it's typical "keep the masses solvent" policy.
