I have a feeling I'll end up with one, it just may take a couple months lol. Hell there are dealers that still have brand new 2015s on the lot. No 16s though. They had a factory 20 percent rebate in March and sold a little over a thousand that month They have sold less than 400 otherwise this year. I feel like I'm in a strong position. Dealers and chevy think people will want them more since they announced it's going away. It doesn't appear to be helping much by looking at the numbers. |

I can't really justify that. |
A buddy of mine has an 86 mustang GT ragtop. He got it for his son to restore but it never happened. It's in "good" condition, runs, drives, shifts, stops. 78k miles. It's a 302ci (5.0). I think I can get him to let it go for $2200 or so. Certainly no classic, but a 302 ragtop none the less. Taking it for a spin tomorrow.

Well good ol Walmart pulls through with the tire for $123 but it won't be here till Tuesday

Mustangs are redneck cars though. Be prepared for the name calling. |

It's supposedly got a professionally built motor and all kinds of stuff. |

It was a Ford motor, probably 6,700 I'm guessing. It was probably six weeks ago when I got it done. I can look. I wouldn't doubt he's got more than half that in the engine alone, plus the super charger. It's dark blue with gray on the bottom. I've never even opened the hood yet though. Someone else did the work. I'll get it out tomorrow and shoot some pics and look it over |
Im not sure he's driven it a hundred miles since the engine was installed

I've got several cool rides at the shop right now, the mustang. A 68 long bed Chevy that is pretty nice. A step side short bed 72 that's going on the power tour again next week.
Putting an engine in the 68. The step side has an oil leak that I'm going to fix again. It's been an issue through multiple builds of this block at the rear main. I finally got it sealed (after everyone and their mother tried, and it took me three tries) and then he pulled the motor after losing a piston and built it back to a 355 instead of a 383, thought the crank was the leak issue. It wasn't. I'm hoping I've got it fixed again. I'll know in the morning. |
