I prefer the "Should the have drafted Darnell Alford or Tom Brady" thread.

Heh.

Shit, we could probably pick a QB on the board from every draft in the last 15 years.

Anyone saying his receivers make him are ****ing so stupid I can't even believe it.

heh, i mainly concentrate on this one because he was one of the only 1st round QB's that CP actually passed on that turned out to be great. Most of the 1st round QB's during CP's regime we never had a chance to draft because we picked too high that particular year.

Might be the biggest no brainer of the decade. Absolutly

Thanks DV and Carl!!

Soren Petro certainly think so. I wonder if the Rodgers wins this game if he will finally announce his Chiefs to Packers fandom change.

omg ... would you stop bumping this stupid ****ing thread.

Rodgers was drafted 24th so 23 teams could be asking themselves the same question. It happens every draft.

They took Derrick Johnson. A guy who was touted as the best defensive player in college football to fix our shitty defense.

They shouldn't get blamed for shit.

In hindsight, they should have drafted him. But it's not a regrettable decision to not draft Rodgers.

This.

To me, the more pertinent question is how the hell we hire and promte guys like Paul Hackett and Jimmy Raye to coordinate the offense, but let a guy like Mike McCarthy, who was on Marty's staff in the early 90s, move on to other teams?

Because McCarthy wanted to <gasp> throw the ball.

Actually he was on as late as 98 right? Wasnt he just a TE coach with us? He probably wasnt ready at the time.
